Foster Contact Information
HealthCheck Foster Care Liaisons facilitate the introduction of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) services to all active foster children. The Foster Care Liaison provides the outreach necessary to establish regular health supervision plans for this population.
