BHHF Data Collection Information

The Bureau for Behavioral Health and Health Facilities collects a wide array of information from behavioral health service providers throughout West Virginia.  On this page, providers will find detailed information about data submission requirements that align with grant statements of work (SOWs), block grant reporting requirements, federal reporting such as the Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS), and other guidance to assist with data reporting tasks.

If you are a grantee, we would ask that you check this page frequently for the most up to date and accurate information related to BHHF reporting requirements.
Reports need to be submitted to DHHR.BHHFReporting@wv.gov within 25 calendar days of the end of each month.  Please include in the subject line of the e-mail the Name of the Grantee, Name of Service/Program and the Year/Month of the report.
