About Us 

The Lakin Hospital Nursing Facility is operated by the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, and is certified for Long-Term Care Medicaid reimbursement.

Residents are housed in an attractive 114 care bed facility. The one-story building has potential for significant expansion, and has been designed with the safety, convenience, health and comfort of the residents and visitors in mind.
