The Bureau for Medical Services awarded the fiscal agent services contract to Molina who will provide the following services to West Virginia providers:
- Provider Relations
- Provider Enrollment
- Consumer Services
- Electronic Media Claims (EMC) Helpdesk
- Pharmacy Helpdesk
Features:
- Molina's Web Portal allows providers to:
- Send/receive all HIPAA compliant claims
- Check claims status
- Download Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs)
- Receive valuable billing information
- AVRS - Automated Voice Response System
- AVRS is a 24x7 service which allows providers and pharmacies to access the following information:
- Provider Payments
- Member Eligibility
- Claim Status
Provider Database Updates:
Molina must have a copy of your current license. If you have not sent, or any time your license is renewded, please mail a copy of your current license and W-9 to:
