The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Medical Services is withdrawing RFQ MED13009 per Section 4.3 of the RFQ which states:
Rejection of Quotations: The DHHR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, in part or in whole at its discretion.
The DHHR further reserves the right to withdraw this RFQ at any time and for any reason. Submission of or receipt of quotations
