The Bureau for Medical Services is soliciting proposals to provide Fiscal Employer/Agent (FE/A) and Resource Consulting (RC) services on the Bureau’s behalf to all Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) members who choose a self-directed service delivery option. This solicitation serves as notice of the service being sought by BMS and is the template to which interested vendors should respond with a proposal for such service.
