Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Services

The Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver program (TBI) provides home and community-based waiver services to West Virginia residents who are both medically and financially eligible to participate in the program.  The purpose of this waiver is to prevent unnecessary institutionalization by providing services and supports that are person-centered and promotes choice, independence, participant-directed, respect, dignity and community integration.
