Mountain Health Choices

Mountain Health Choices is offered by West Virginia Medicaid for certain eligibility categories. It includes a choice of benefit package (Basic or Enhanced), encourages personal reponsibility, and provides care coordination for its members through the members medical home. The goal of the Mountain Health Choices is to promote health and reward Medicaid members who choose to be personally responsible for their own healthcare and adopt healthier lifestyles.
