The State Hemophilia Program's mission is improving the health of WV residents with hemophilia and other congenital bleeding disorders. The Program can make available factor concentrates to treat bleeding, assist in monitoring traditional treatment complications including blood-borne infections, and partner with Hemophilia Treatment Centers to provide culturally sensitive, family-centered comprehensive care to improve the quality of life for affected persons.
Services of the State Hemophilia Program are available to all WV residents with congenital coagulation disorders, regardless of income.
