HIV/AIDS Disease Surveillance
The mission of this surveillance program is to:
- Ascertain HIV/AIDS cases in West Virginia
- Identify emerging trends
- Investigate modes of transmission
- Maintain a secure and confidential database
HIV/AIDS case reporting must be completed in a timely and accurate manner for the mission to be accomplished.
