County Regulations Map
The first county regulation was enacted by Monongalia County in 1992. Clean indoor air regulations have become increasingly prevalent since that time. Many counties have even revisited their original regulations to provide greater protection. As of January 1, 2007, all fifty-five of counties in West Virginia have a local regulation restricting secondhand smoke.
