FIS Customer Service Representative

When you call the number on the back of your EBT card (1-866-545-6502), you can wait to speak with a Customer Service Representative (CSR).  CSRs are available 24 hours a day and can assist with:
 
  • Rotary phone callers.
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card.
  • Reporting a card that was ordered but never received.
  • Requesting a statement to be mailed.
  • Questions about selecting or changing a PIN.
  • Available benefits and transaction information.
  • Reporting unauthorized card use.
  • Helping you get access to the Cardholder Portal.
  • Helping file a claim or check the status of a claim.
  • Answering general questions.

FIS Automated Customer Support Number (IVR)

When you call the number on the back of your EBT card (1-866-545-6502), you can get help through the automated system.  The IVR is available 24 hours a day and through it you can:
 
  • Get a balance inquiry.
  • Activate new card service.
  • Complete initial PIN selection.
  • Change your PIN.
  • Report a lost or stolen card and order a replacement.
  • Find out details about the last deposit into your EBT account.
  • Review your most recent transaction history.
  • File a claim against a transaction.

Cardholder Portal

As a WV EBT cardholder, you can log in to the Cardholder Portal at www.ebtEDGE.com.  Through the Cardholder Portal you can:
 
  • View your account information in English or Spanish.
  • Check your balance.
  • Choose your  PIN.
  • Add/Update Security Codes (adding extra protection).
  • See your  transaction history for at least the last 30 days.
  • Print your r transaction history.
  • Search for retailers in your  area.
  • View training material.

FIS ebtEDGE Mobile App

As a WV EBT cardholder, you can access your account information​ using the FIS ebtEDGE Mobile App.  Through the mobile app you can:
 
  • View your account information in English or Spanish.
  • Check your balance.
  • Choose your  PIN.
  • Add/Update Security Codes (adding extra protection).
  • See your  transaction history for at least the last 30 days.
  • Print your r transaction history.
  • Search for retailers in your  area.
  • View training material.

DHHR Customer Service Call Center 

Call the West Virginia DHHR Customer Service Call Center number (1-877-716-1212) with questions regarding:
 
  • How to apply for benefits.
  • Information about Snap and WV WORKS eligibility.
  • Dates when your benefits will go on your EBT card.
  • Changes to your account, such as moving to a new address, changing your income or updating the number of people living in your household.
  • How to report a lost or stolen card and order a replacement.

DHHR County Office

You can visit your local county DHHR office and they can assist you with:
 
  • Applying for benefits.
  • Questions about applying for benefits.
  • Inquiries about Snap and WV WORKS eligibility.
  • Dates when your benefits will go on your EBT card.
  • Reporting changes to your account, such as moving to a new address, changes in your income or a change in the amount of people living in your household.
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card and order a replacement.
